Doctor shares plans for new clinic in Buffalo Center

It’s been one year since Buffalo Center lost its only healthcare clinic, but a new provider hopes to reopen the doors at the clinic this summer.

The Buffalo Center Clinic Search Committee has been busy meeting with potential providers since MercyOne announced it was closing its Buffalo Center location at the end of March 2023. The committee, made up of city officials, members of the Buffalo Center Development Corporation/Bison Limited, and community members with healthcare experience, has spent many hours over the past year looking at different options for the clinic.
