  • Buffalo Center had a chilly but successful day for the annual Treats on the Streets event on Sunday, Oct. 29, in celebration of Halloween. North Iowa Betterment coordinated the activities with help from local businesses and organizations, as kids could stock up on candy and play games on Main Street. There were also hayrides and free hot dogs for families to enjoy.
