Buffalo Center’s healthcare clinic will soon reopen its doors, as Dr. Corey Welchlin says he hopes to get the Center for Specialty and Primary Care up and running by the middle of September. Prior to that, staff will be at the clinic next Monday, Aug. 26 to perform physicals for student athletes at North Iowa Community Schools.
It’s taken several months to get everything in place for the clinic’s reopening, following a successful community fundraiser that concluded June 1 and brought in more than $290,000 to offset startup costs.
