North Iowa Community Action Organization (NICAO) has funding available to help individuals during the pandemic who are at or below 200% of the federal poverty level and need assistance with overdue: rent, water/sewer bills, or childcare bills.
In addition, funds are available for emergency assistance to support individuals who are required to self-isolate or quarantine due to coronavirus.
To receive assistance individuals will be required to complete an eligibility application with verification of income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
