A familiar face is back on the Buffalo Center City Council, as former councilman and former mayor Troy Armstrong was appointed to fill a vacancy on the council last Monday, June 26.
Armstrong will fill the remainder of the term vacated by Rick Hofbauer, who was appointed to serve as mayor back in May, after the resignation of previous mayor John Davids. Both Armstrong’s and Hofbauer’s seats will be up for election this November.
Armstrong previously served eight years on the city council and eight years as mayor of Buffalo Center.
