Against all odds, hundreds of veterans honored and healed on 10th anniversary of Hunting with Heroes

When the going gets tough, the tough get going. While this phrase is one that is often used, it takes on a special meaning here in the most rural of Iowa communities when attributed to honoring our veterans and military. As such, this past November, local 501c3 non-profit charity “Hunting with Heroes” embarked on the daunting task of executing an impactful and meaningful 10th anniversary event to honor veterans and Wounded Warriors in the midst of the widespread global pandemic.
