Greetings from Timely Mission Nursing Home!!
Wednesday afternoon, several of our residents got together and baked beer bread. Our residents included Jane Thorson, Mardelle Faber, Delores Steffensen, Sandy Başhans, Rose Levik, Betty Hayes, Stanley Mayland, and Gary Steinberg. All participants have previously proven themselves as seasoned bakers. Some even put a spin on their beer bread by adding raisins and cinnamon. It sounds like an interesting combination, but those who tried it loved it! Bread was served with creamy ranch dressing and spinach dip. It was delicious!
