Asmus wins national weed science award

Amy Asmus, Vice-President of Asmus Farm Supply in Rake, is the winner of the 2022 Weed Science Society of America (WSSA) Public Service Award.

The award is presented annually to a WSSA member for accomplishments in advancing public understanding of the scientific principles of weed science. These include the study of weeds, their place in the environment, and the means by which they may be controlled and/or managed.
