Road Runners to close its doors this month

One of Lakota’s most popular gathering spots is shutting down, as Road Runners Bar & Grill in Lakota is gearing down to close on Monday, Sept. 14. Owners Donna and Greg Heidecker extend their appreciation for all the patrons they have served the past seven years in Lakota.

Donna says there were a few factors that led to the decision to close, including COVID-19, which cost them business and customers this spring and summer. She says business has been picking back up recently, which is a good thing for anyone who might be interested in taking over the bar.
