Donald Edward Graft, age 61, of Buffalo Center, died Thursday, May 27, 2021, at his home surrounded by his family. A funeral, which can be viewed on Oakcrest Funeral Services’ Facebook page, was held on Saturday, June 5, 2021, at Ramsey Reformed Church in Titonka.

Donald was born May 24, 1960, in Cedar Rapids, the son of LeRoy Jr. and Lois (James) Graft. He grew up in the Lisbon area, graduating from West Branch High School in 1979. After high school, he enlisted in the United States Army.

He was united in marriage to Christine K. Miller on November 6, 1990, in Iowa City. Donald drove truck for Dykes Trucking. He enjoyed fishing, camping, spending time with family, and mowing the lawn. He also enjoyed watching wrestling, classic cars, horses, and listening to Johnny Cash.

He is survived by his wife, Chrissy, of Buffalo Center; son Donald (Sarah) Graft of Marengo, and their children, Braidon, Arianna, and Paxton; son Micheal Miller of Buffalo Center, and his children, Diesel, Emmet and Walker Richardson; son Anthony (Christy) Wistrom of Oxford, and their children, Lena and Adalynn; son Tim Berg of Iowa City; son Andrew Graft of Buffalo Center; daughter Melissa (Mitch) Larson of Buffalo Center and their children, Barrett and Amelia; mother, Lois Graft of Solon; brother Jim (Cathy) Graft of North Liberty; and aunts, uncles, many cousins, nephews, and nieces.

Donald was preceded in death by his father, Leroy Graft, and three brothers: Duane, Wayne, and Tony Graft.
