  • Ticketholder Carolyn Skogen is the lucky winner of this quilt donated by the Heartwarmers Quilt Guild of Buffalo Center for a raffle to support Buffalo Center’s effort to bring a new healthcare clinic to town. The Clinic Search Committee held the drawing for the raffle last Tuesday afternoon and presented Skogen, center, with her prize.
