The North Iowa Lady Bison picked up their second and third wins of the basketball season in the second week of December, as they went 2-1 for the week and improved their record to 3-5.
The girls traveled to Britt on Tuesday, Dec. 12 to open the week against West Hancock. The Eagles shot out to a 21-11 lead in the first quarter, but North Iowa outscored West Hancock in each of the next three quarters to tie the game up, 56-56 at the fourth quarter buzzer. The Lady Bison led 11-7 in overtime to secure their second win of the year.
