“Wonder Junction” at Community Chapel

Community Chapel in Lakota hosted more than 60 children for a fun week of Vacation Bible School last week, June 2-6. The curriculum this year was “Wonder Junction” from Answers in Genesis, which featured an old west theme with trains, cowboys, and horses. The kids learned about Jesus’ birth, life, death, and resurrection while studying cougars, wolves, bison, grizzlies, and horses. Each day featured a memory verse, and the kids learned songs to help them remember the verses. They also enjoyed fun snacks, crafts, games, and lessons all focused on a daily theme.
