“Mile of Smiles” honors graduates and retirees

North Iowa Community School invited all students and families in the district to participate in a “Mile of Smiles” parade in Buffalo Center last Saturday morning, to celebrate the school year and honor the seniors and retirees who will soon be departing North Iowa. Members of the senior class wore their graduation caps and gowns, as they lined up along 6th Ave. NW to greet a long line of vehicles. The parade traveled through the north part of town, going around the school, as it lasted about 40 minutes.
