  • Two of the most in-demand items during the live auction at the fair fundraiser were these International Harvester and John Deere corn cobs, which were carved by Pat Doyle.   • The kids at North Iowa Elementary took part in a coloring contest in anticipation of Coach Sloth’s visit to the school last week.   • Dr. Scott Wilson has been busy over the last year making updates to the Wilson Dental clinic in Buffalo Center, which he took over from Dr. Steven Johnson in 2023. Dr. Wilson and Dr. Annie Tigges have been seeing patients in Buffalo Center since last September, when they held a soft reopening at the clinic. They plan to hold an open house this spring.
