Winds cause destruction Sunday night

     Some Buffalo Center residents woke up without power on Monday morning, July 10, as the fierce winds of a severe thunderstorm damaged trees and powerlines on Sunday night. Power was restored in Buffalo Center on Monday morning, and crews from ITC were busy repairing damage to the lines east of town on Highway 9.
