Valerie Jeanne Frascht, 45, of Forest City, died Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at her home. Celebration of Life service was held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 18 at the Heritage Town Center in Buffalo Center, with Pastor Kent Hillesland of the Community Chapel in Lakota officiating.
