Silber wins Men’s Club Championship

     Ryan Silber is the open division winner of the 2017 Gruis Men’s Club Championship, as he defeated Eric Krull during the first playoff hole on Saturday, July 15. Silber and Krull both scored 118 to lead the pack, followed by Taylor Ostermann with 122.

     In the senior division, Jim Sachs was the winner with a score of 122, followed by Brian Vander Wilt with 114 and Dave Kakacek with 118.

     Larry Fredrickson was the winner in the super senior class with a score of 88, followed by Wayne Shropshire with 90 and Tom Stensland with 92.

     Calcutta low scores included Erik Krull 37, Brian Vander Wilt 37, Taylor Ostermann 38 and Jim Sachs 38.
