Second annual International Festival this weekend

Heritage Park of North Iowa will hold its second annual International Festival at Heritage Park in Forest City this weekend, June 27-28. Admission is free with an item for local food banks.

“We are so excited about what the International Festival has to offer this year!” said Audrey Olmstead, leader of the International Festival Steering Committee and curator of Heritage Park of North Iowa with her husband, Steve. “We are putting the final touches on everything, and we are looking forward to a fantastic celebration for everyone.”

The International Festival is a celebration for all ages of global heritage, food, music, dance, art, games and much more. The family-friendly festival will include a walking parade for all, educational demonstrations and lots of hands-on fun.
