Pete Smidt, formerly of Lakota, passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2017. There will be a ceremony at the Vets Cemetery on December 27, with a time of fellowship and sharing following at the Sequoia Methodist Church in Fayetteville, AR. There will be a memorial at a later date either in Lakota or Fair- mont, MN.
