Ostermann advances to Districts

The North Iowa boys will send one golfer to the next round of postseason play, after competing in the Sectional golf meet at Britt last Friday, May 15.

North Iowa senior Taylor Ostermann took third place individually at the Sectional meet with a score of 75 – earning a spot at the District meet this Thursday at Spencer. The top four individuals and top two teams at Sectionals earned the right to advance to Districts.

Other results for North Iowa include Colton Skarpohl-Ost with an 84, Cam Hepperly 104, Austin Paden 108 and Jordan Boekelman 121.

Thursday’s District meet is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. at Spencer Golf & Country Club.
