North Iowa sends 11 events to State Track Meet

The North Iowa boys’ and girls’ track teams had their best night of the year on Friday, May 15, as they qualified 11 events for the 2015 State Track Meet during the qualifier meet held in Northwood. The boys will send eight events to Des Moines this Thursday through Saturday, including the shot put, discus, 100 meters, 200 meters, 400 meters, 1600 meters, distance medley and 4x100 relay. The girls will send three events, including the shot put, 800 meters and 4x800 relay.
