NIHS presents “Annie” in spring musical production

     “Annie” is coming to North Iowa High School March 27 and 28, for the school’s annual spring musical production. The musical tells the story of little orphan Annie, who is taken in by billionaire Oliver “Daddy” Warbucks and seeks to find out who her parents are.

     Makeila Shortenhaus will play the starring role of Annie. Front from left are some of the actresses playing orphans in the musical: Sidney Walton, Natalie Dirksen, Aleah Brown, Megan Moklestad, Madison Stenersen and Makeila Shortenhaus. Standing is Madison Blodgett, who plays the orphanage’s cruel supervisor, Miss Hannigan.

     Tickets for both performances are on sale now at the school business office for $6.
