NIHS announces “Christmas Carol High School”

North Iowa High School will bring “A Christmas Carol” to the stage this November, featuring a modern twist. Taking the place of Scrooge in this reimagining of the classic story is Meredith Priestly, the most beautiful, popular, meanest, nastiest girl in school, who is in need of a reminder of what Christmas and friendship are about. Meredith is visited by five ghosts, who take her on a life-changing journey.

Playing the part of Meredith is Samantha Davis, center right. She is joined by some of the ghosts, played by Ben Hassebroek, left, Emma Duve, center left, and Sierra Billick, right.

“Christmas Carol High School” will be presented Friday and Saturday, November 9 and 10 at 7 p.m. in the NIHS auditorium.
