New staff joins Winnebago County Extension

The Winnebago County Extension Council is pleased to announce the addition of Katie Fell, the new County Youth Coordinator, and Linda Severson, the new Office Assistant at the Winnebago County ISU Extension and Outreach office in Thompson.

Fell, a resident of Scarville, began her duties as the Winnebago County Youth Coordinator on October 21, and Severson, a resident of Forest City, began her duties as the Winnebago County Office Assistant on October 3.

“We are excited to have Katie and Linda join the staff in the Winnebago County Extension Office,” said Bryan Whaley, Regional Extension Education Director. “Katie has experience working in a business setting, client services and planning. She is a very creative and energetic individual who will bring excitement and new program ideas to our 4-H Youth Development Program as we continue to increase our outreach to the youth of Winnebago County.”
