Man’s best friend makes a splash

     The Buffalo Center Swimming Pool opened its gates to a new breed of swimmers last Tuesday, Sept. 2, as dogs and their owners were invited to a Doggy Dip during the pool’s final day of the summer. The dogs had fun diving into the pool and chasing down toys and decoys to bring back to their owners. Pool Manager Sarah Paulson says they had 21 dogs come out for the event, and they raised about $115 for a new drinking fountain/water bottle filling station at the pool.
