Jay Reid Hartman, 70, formerly of Troy, NH, died of cancer on Monday, April 7, 2014 at his residence in Sherborn, MA. The funeral service was held on Monday, April 14 at 11:00 a.m. at Christ Lutheran Church in Troy. Jay will be laid to rest on May 17 at the cemetery in Canistota, SD.

Fletcher Funeral Home and Cremation Services assisted the family with arrangements.
