Holland takes oath of office

     Nicholas Holland, right, is the newest member of the Buffalo Center City Council, as he fills the seat left vacant this spring by the passing of Councilman Les Wubben. Holland was appointed by the city council and took the oath of office during last Wednesday’s regular monthly meeting. He is pictured presenting his signed paperwork to Buffalo Center Mayor Troy Armstrong. As an appointee, Holland will serve on the council until November, when his seat will be up for election.
