Ferne (Ellingson) Coxson, 87 of rural Buffalo Center, died Wednesday, August 26, 2015, at her home. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, September 4, 2015, at Bethany Lutheran Church, Thompson, with Pastor Lynn Noel officiating. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m., Thursday evening, at Bethany Lutheran Church. Burial will take place in Graceland Cemetery, Buffalo Center.

Memorials preferred to Bethany Lutheran Church in Thompson.

Mittelstadt Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
