Extension plans Family Fun Night

Help kick off Winnebago County Extension’s 100th birthday celebration during a Family Fun Night at the Forest City YMCA on Saturday, Jan. 20 from 6-8:30 p.m.

The evening begins with pizza followed by a variety of activities – bingo, volleyball, swimming, basketball, billiards and wallyball. The Y staff will also be offering some other classes for families to enjoy, and all of these activities are free of charge.

A RSVP is required to assist with plans for food and activities. Call the Winnebago County Extension Office by Thursday, Jan. 18 at 584-2261 or email xwinnebago@iastate.edu. Space is limited.

County businesses and individuals have contributed financially to make the evening free of charge for all families.
