EXIT Realty arrives in Buffalo Center

Bill Pankonin, Regional Owner of EXIT Realty Upper Midwest, is pleased to announce the opening of EXIT Realty Home/ Land Properties under the direction of Pamela Yegge as an EXIT Realty franchisee.

Yegge purchased her franchise in January, and she is a member of EXIT Realty Upper Midwest’s rapidly expanding network of independently owned and operated brokerages across the region. She is in the process of moving into her new office, located at 201 N. Main St., Suite A in Buffalo Center.

She will be serving Kossuth and Winnebago Counties, which are her immediate franchise areas in Iowa, and she is also licensed to sell in Minnesota.

“I am hoping to expand my office locations upon bringing more agents to my team!” said Yegge.
