Donation of new storage space for Historical Society

Wayne Steffensen and members of the Buffalo Center Historical Society discuss a new building that will sit on land previously owned by Oakcrest Funeral Services between the Heritage Town Center and Fringe Salon. Mr. Steffensen is generously donating the land and the building costs to the BC Historical Society to establish a storage unit.

Due to the popularity of the Heritage Museum, little space is left for more BC memorabilia, and this new building will help greatly with that. Wayne has been a member of the BC Historical Society since it was established in 2007. Lyle Hippen, owner of DeVries Lumber Company, is helping with the design of the new building.
