Dawn Marie (Ellingson) Westrum, age 46 of Rake, died Wednesday, December 3, 2014, at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mason City, and was surrounded by her family when she lost her battle with cancer. Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 6, at Salem Lutheran Church in Lake Mills, with Pastor Peter Soli officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date at Salem Memorial Cemetery, rural Lake Mills.

Mittelstadt Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
