Cross country camp next week

     There will be a no-cost cross country camp open to every middle or high school boy and girl in the North Iowa school district starting on July 30. The group will meet by the elementary doors on the east side of the school in Buffalo Center at 9 a.m. each day Monday through Friday. Any athlete that is interested in running or finding out more about cross country is encouraged to attend.

     Dress for activity and bring a good pair of running shoes. Official cross country practice for high school athletes will begin on August 6 at 9:00 a.m., meeting in the north gym lobby in Buffalo Center. Middle school practice will begin the first day of middle school at 3:45 p.m., at the same location as the high school practice. Participants should bring a completed athletic physical to the first day of practice.
