Charles L. Armstrong, age 78, of Buffalo Center, died Monday, August 7, 2017. A funeral service was held Saturday, August 12, at 10:30 a.m., at United Methodist Church in Buffalo Center, with Pastor Deb Devine officiating. Inurnment will be in Graceland Cemetery in Buffalo Center.
