Busy opening weekend at BC Pool

The Buffalo Center Swimming Pool drew a large crowd for its opening day last Friday, June 2. The pool welcomed 110 swimmers on Friday, and there were good crowds throughout the rest of the weekend. The pool hosted 70 swimmers on Saturday, before closing early at 4:30 p.m. due to storms, and then 97 swimmers came out on Sunday.

Pool Manager Sarah Paulson says it was one of the best opening weekends they’ve had in recent years, with warm temperatures driving attendance.
