Buffalo Center Fire District improves rating

Years of hard work have paid off for the Buffalo Center Volunteer Fire Department, as the Buffalo Center Fire District has moved up in its rating by the Insurance Services Office (ISO). The district has improved from a Class 7/9 rating to a Class 6/6x rating.

“I am so excited about this. It is nice that the BCVFD is being recognized for our hard work,” said Buffalo Center Fire Chief Brian Blodgett.

The ISO Public Protection Classification program classifies and rates the fire protection capabilities of more than 47,500 communities across the United States.
