Boekelman wins 2018 Sweetheart Sweepstakes

     One-year-old Lydia Boekelman is the grand prize winner in the Tribune’s 2018 Sweetheart Sweepstakes. Lydia was sponsored by #22, StateLine Cooperative, whose number was the first one selected in last week’s random drawing. Lydia received the first place prize of $50, which is sponsored by Farmers Trust and Savings Bank. She is the daughter of Brant and Courtney Boekelman, and she is shown with her mom picking up her prize.

     The first runner-up is 9-year-old Kaylee Hanna, who was sponsored by #1, Ag Performance. Kaylee received the second place prize of $30, which is sponsored by the Lakota Community Club. She is the daughter of Andrew and Shelby Hanna.

     Third place in the 2018 Sweetheart Sweepstakes goes to 9-year-old Lyla Rogstad, who was sponsored by #7, Boeckholt Cottages. Her prize is $20, which was sponsored by the Rake Community Club. She is the daughter of Jeremy and Stacie Rogstad of Lake Mills.

     Fourth place this year goes to 14-year-old Nathan Doden, who won a box of valentines chocolates. He was sponsored by #9, Buffalo Center Tire & Auto, and his parents are Zach and Olivia Doden.

     The final winner selected in this year’s Sweetheart Sweepstakes drawing was 16-year-old Faith Finer, who was sponsored by #10, the Buffalo Center Tribune. Faith received a box of Valentines chocolates as her prize. She is the daughter of Wendell and Helen Finer.
