Bison go 2-1 in conference action

     The North Iowa Bison had a good week on the ball diamond, as they picked up two wins against conference opponents following a loss to Forest City on Monday, June 19. The Bison hosted the Indians in the 16-5 loss, which lasted five innings.

     Jordan Boekelman, Isaiah Walk and Drew Jensen each had a hit for the Bison. Jensen had three RBIs, while Walk had two. Spencer Armstrong and Tyler Murray split the pitching duties, as they gave up seven hits total to the Indians.

     Head Coach Zach Meinders says the Bison walked too many batters from the very good Forest City team, which is on track to win the conference.
