Alan R. Swenson, age 88, of Thompson, died on Monday, January 6, 2020 at Timely Mission Nursing Home in Buffalo Center. Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 11 at Bethany Lutheran Church in Thompson with Pastor Rod Hopp officiating. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery in Thompson with military honors by the Otto Chose American Legion Post #235 from Lake Mills.
