Adams is Winnebago County Fair royalty

Katelin Adams of Thompson reigned as Queen of the 2019 Winnebago County Fair, as she was crowned last Thursday, July 18 during the first day of the fair. Adams, who graduated this May from North Iowa High School, is the 18-year-old daughter of Jerry and Diane Price and Paul Adams.

Adams says her favorite part of the queen contest was meeting and interacting with the judges. As fair queen, she said she was looking forward to meeting new people at the fair and representing Winnebago County at the Iowa State Fair.

This isn’t Adams’ first time serving as fair royalty, as she won the Little Miss contest 10 years ago in 2009.
