Adams, Stenersen get All-Conference acknowledgments

Two members of the 2018-19 North Iowa girls’ basketball team have been selected for All-Conference recognition by the coaches of the Top of Iowa Conference.

Senior Katelin Adams was named to the First Team All-Conference, while junior Samantha Stenersen was picked for Honorable Mention. Adams led the Lady Bison this season with 16.5 points per game and 9.5 rebounds per game. Stenersen averaged 7.5 points per game and 5.5 rebounds per game.

“Both of these girls were consistently good for us all season long,” said Lady Bison Head Coach Matt Harriman. “They complimented each other because they were both good getting to the rim and getting offensive rebounds. Katelin has been playing at a high level for quite some time, and I think the last 10 games Samantha really played at a high level."
